- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My mother was sent there after being discharged from the hospital. Mom went there in March 2011 due to my sister having the say so. On May 31st my mom passed. Do I blame Universal,.YES!!!!! After my moms funeral I started investigating,.and came to learn that she was over medicated and known one checked on my mom all night in order to make sure she had her oxygen on. I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!! I also was visiting one say and she was crying cause she was thirsty, and they wouldn't let her have any extra Apple juice. I went to a worker told them she was about to thirst to death. I was finally given containers of juice and a cup of ice.
